Cancellations Policy

At Fortified Physiotherapy, we strive to provide exceptional service and care to all our patients. In order to ensure the smooth functioning of our healthcare services and accommodate as many patients as possible, we have implemented the following cancellation policy.

1. Cancellation Timeframe: Patients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need of medical care.
2. No Show or Late Cancellation Fee: In the event of a no-show or late cancellation (less than 24 hours' notice), a fee of $50 will be charged. This fee covers the costs associated with the missed appointment and helps us maintain efficient operations.
3. Rescheduling and Making Changes: If you need to reschedule your appointment or make any changes, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This will allow us to accommodate your request and avoid any cancellation fees.
4. Notification Methods: Patients are responsible for cancelling or rescheduling appointments by contacting our office directly via phone. Any cancellations made via email must be confirmed by our staff to ensure their validity.
5. Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, such as emergencies or sudden illness. In such cases, please contact our office as soon as possible to inform us of the situation. We will evaluate each exceptional circumstance on a case-by-case basis and may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
6. Multiple Cancellations: In the event of multiple cancellations or late notice rescheduling, our office reserves the right to request a non-refundable deposit for future appointments or impose stricter cancellation policies.
