From push-ups to barbells, box jumps to olympic lifting - we draw on a range of techniques to get that blood pumping and those endorphins flowing!

PAYMENT OPTIONS

MEMBERSHIP

Benefits:

  • Unlimited access to classes

Option 1:

$200 per month.
Unlimited sessions
Can be paid weekly ($50) or fortnightly ($100)

Option 2:

$160 fortnightly (couples pass)
Option 3:
$40 paid weekly (capped at 3 sessions per week)

CASUAl pASSES

Benefits:

  • Invest when you can
  • Flexibility for those who can’t commit long term
  • Ideal for those who like to mix it up with other activities (hiking, swimming, team sport etc.)

Option 1:

$20 for a single session

Option 2:

$200 for 10 sessions
